Teacher Trainer
Ellii is seeking experienced and passionate ESL educators to join our team as part-time teacher trainers to support schools and educators across the US.
(Contract, Part-Time Role – Flexible & Remote)
About This Role
Are you an experienced US-based ESL educator who loves empowering fellow teachers? Are you deeply familiar with Ellii and passionate about supporting schools and educators? If so, we’d love to meet you!
We’re looking for dynamic, tech-savvy, and passionate teacher trainers to join our growing team on a flexible, contract basis. This role blends your love for education, your enthusiasm for Ellii, and your excitement to connect with educators across the US—both online and in person.
Responsibilities
As a Teacher Trainer, you’ll wear a few fun hats—and maybe even a few Ellii T-shirts—as you:
✈️ Represent Ellii at Education Conferences
- Travel to various education conferences across the U.S.
- Present on behalf of Ellii and engage educators at our booth
- Serve as an inspiring brand ambassador and make meaningful connections
🎬 Lead Demos & Support New Schools
- Run engaging live and recorded demos for school administrators and teachers considering purchasing an Ellii subscription
- Show how Ellii works and how it can transform classrooms
- Help prospective schools start free trials and explore our platform
🗣️ Train Teachers & Support Existing Clients
- Lead online onboarding sessions for new school accounts
- Offer ongoing training, including virtual and in-person PD sessions
- Conduct check-ins and support schools in using Ellii’s digital tools and lessons
🧠 Share Insights & Amplify Ellii’s Voice
- Work closely with school administrators and the Ellii accounts team to ensure timely responses and follow-ups
- Track and maintain detailed records of educator and program interactions using tools such as Pipedrive, Help scout, and Calendly
- Keep leadership updated with field insights and feedback
- Help grow Ellii’s visibility on LinkedIn and Threads
- Develop and deliver online webinars alongside our product and content teams

Qualifications
🧩 Who We’re Looking For
You’re likely a great fit if you have:
- Extensive ESL teaching experience in US adult education programs (bonus if you know K–12 too!)
- Regular experience using Ellii in the classroom—you already know and love our platform
- Confidence with EdTech—Zoom, Calendly, screensharing, online tools, and demo platforms
- A friendly, engaging communication style that shines in both one-on-one and large-group settings
- Willingness to travel across continental US for in-person events and conferences
- Knowledge of and experience with Cambridge Ventures
- Bilingual or multilingual skills
- Experience with customer success, sales support, or implementation roles in EdTech
